YouTube is today bringing new wellbeing features to their mobile apps.
After announcing wellbeing features for their services earlier this year, Google is today bringing them to their iOS and Android apps.
YouTube wants to provide a better insight to how much time you spend watching videos on YouTube with the new 'Time Watched' feature. This features notes how long you watch videos today, yesterday and over the past 7 days, with a daily average too. These do not include YouTube Music or TV and stats are taken from your Watch history.
YouTube is also bringing Digital Wellbeing features to the mobile apps. See how to use them in the video, created by me, below. The features are similar to ones Google introduced with Android 9, and that Apple is bringing with iOS 12, due to be here very soon.
