DigiTimes released a new report, detailing some products which could launch at Apple's Special Event.
Along with a trio of new iPhones, the Apple Watch Series 4 and maybe new iPad Pro models and MacBooks, DigiTimes now reports Apple will release a new MacBook and AirPower, and the iPad mini won't get a refresh.
The MacBook Apple could release next month will be an entry-level model with a 14nm Kaby Lake chip from Intel. Apple originally planned to release this 13-inch MacBook earlier this year, but due to Intel's delay in manufacturing the 10nm chips, Apple chose for the 14nm chips and had to postpone the release of the notebook. According to DigiTimes, it will be priced at $1200, which is more than the current MacBook Air.
AirPower will be priced at $160, the report says, which matches the recent report from Chongdiantou. AirPower will finally be released this September, a year after it has been announced.
Apple will launch a new 12.9-inch iPad Pro, and an 11-inch iPad Pro, like analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicted earlier this year. The iPad mini won't get a refresh, but also won't be discontinued.
