Apple is sued by a Canadian man because of scratches on his Apple Watch.
A Toronto man files a lawsuit against Apple over scratches on his Apple Watch, reports iPhoneinCanada. Dean Lubaki, the 21-year-old man, has bought a 42mm Edition model, expecting it would be scratch resistant. Dean: “The fact that the back of the Apple Watch attracts the Loop and creates abrasion without action for the consumer is a design flaw. Same abrasion can occur on the screen when the strap is removed to change straps. Again, nowhere Apple says that the loop may damage the watch."
Lubaki went to the Apple Store a few months ago, asking for a replacement, but that was denied.
