Apple has put up a new billboard in Las Vegas just as CES is getting started.
Put up just before the Consumer Technology Association 2019, the company have released a billboard advert in Vegas, that is touting privacy on the iPhone.
It plays on a classic Las Vegas saying that goes "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas", reading instead "What happens on your iPhone, stays on your iPhone". The sign is located on the top of a large building near other hotels and tourist destinations.
A link to 'apple.com/privacy', Apple's privacy page, is also mentioned at the bottom.
a closer look at the painted ad
What we find quite funny (and interesting), is that the advert seems to be PAINTED on the side of the building. Looking closely at is shows that windows are covered by the black paint, and so is a bit of the wall.
Apple never attends any CES or other conference show, so they are most likely aiming at other larger companies, and the consumers attending it too.
CES is a technology show each year that sees the launch of some great and revolutionary tech, and will again see thousands of tech industry attendees, members of media, and companies.
