YouTube is rolling out a new way to go between videos on the iOS app.
Announced in a blog post, this feature will allow users of the iPhone app to simply swipe left to go back to a previous video, and right to advance on to the next one.
Previously, you had to scroll down and tap the next video in the suggested list under the video player. Now, you can swipe on the video player when a video is in pause or playing to get to another one.
This feature is rolling out this week to iOS users only. It may also be key to note that this only works on the iPhone 6S and newer iPhones, and not the iPad app yet.
I first discovered this feature and explored it on my YouTube channel not long ago last year. Although not seen much before, there's been reports of this new "swipe" feature being in testing since August. Android users will be getting this soon.
